How to get started

Send us your CV and an application with a few lines about your motivation and the 2-3 results you are most proud of having created. Then we will contact you.

Our recruitment and onboarding processes are structured and follow a fixed flow. The interview process includes three conversations spread over three weeks. The onboarding program includes a series of introductory meetings, regular status meetings, a buddy system for personal support, and a development plan for the first 6-12 months. We will tell you more about this at the first interview.
