What will you be doing next week?

TEAMVAERK has offices in Lyngby and Aarhus, but we work all over Denmark. Your week might include facilitating a workshop on collaboration at a client’s site, designing creative team development programs, or implementing strategic processes with a management group. Common to all weeks is the great commitment to meet as often as possible at the office, spar with each other, share a joke, and have lunch together – because we simply enjoy each other’s company.

Most of your time will be spent on client projects, where you lead and facilitate processes, develop strategies, and translate complex issues into concrete solutions. You take ownership of tasks, ensure progress, and use your unique abilities to handle complex challenges where the answer is not necessarily straightforward. You manage 5-7 projects at a time without losing oversight, while also gaining energy from expanding your task portfolio with sales, business development, or mentoring younger colleagues. If you are motivated by introducing TEAMVAERK to new business practices, industries, or methods, the opportunities are vast.

Within the first year, the focus will be on getting to know TEAMVAERK, delivering on core tasks with solid billing, and creating value both internally and externally. Looking further into the future, you will have built your own client portfolio, acquired a strong position in the market, and established yourself as an experienced Senior Collaboration Consultant whose voice and role have a significant impact on TEAMVAERK’s business.

…you likely already have solid experience as a consultant but wish to further develop in process management, facilitation, value creation in relationships, or implementing solutions in practice. You thrive on balancing strategic thinking with practical action and breaking down complex issues into concrete solutions. You describe yourself as trustworthy, proactive, and process-oriented.

You probably have a long higher education – which one is not crucial – but rather that you are structured, thorough, and above all, professionally ambitious.
