Collaboration Consultant
Your contribution matters here.
As a Collaboration Consultant at TEAMVAERK, based in Greater Copenhagen, you will have room to make your mark, take ownership, and help shape our solutions, client relationships, and the company itself.
We are growing – because good collaboration pays off. Every day, we help teams work better together by combining human insight, strong facilitation skills, and solid business understanding, supported by data from our digital collaboration platform. More than 200 teams have already used the platform. The result is more effective teams, better well-being, and stronger outcomes.
TEAMVAERK has its roots in the construction industry. We help people from different disciplines work together on projects because that collaboration is essential to delivering complex work. As external consultants, we need to get to grips with complex situations quickly, find what matters most, and guide conversations among people with different interests and perspectives. Experience in the industry is useful, but not required. What matters most is that you want to understand the world our clients work in.
Whether you have 3, 7, or 10 years of experience matters less to us than your drive, what you can bring to the role, and your appetite to grow alongside TEAMVAERK.
What opportunities will I have at TEAMVAERK?
- A say in our strategy and business – Ideas can become action quickly here. You will work closely with colleagues and help shape our solutions, ways of working, and direction. We are a small company, so the difference you make is easy to see.
- Responsibility and room to grow – You will take on more responsibility as you are ready for it. If you bring solid experience, you will soon lead client projects of your own, from the first conversation through to designing and delivering solutions that make a real difference. If you are earlier in your career, you will learn alongside experienced colleagues and gradually find your feet. We always assign two consultants to a project, so you will have someone to work things through with.
- Development of your consulting skills – We have an active feedback culture and learn from and with one another. Personal development is an integral part of the job because we believe the best consultants develop themselves as well as their clients.
- A close professional and social community – We challenge, inspire, and support each other. That might mean talking through an idea at someone's desk, joining a Lunch & Learn session, sharing a glass of wine on a Friday, or getting an honest second opinion from a colleague.
What will I be doing next week?
TEAMVAERK has offices in Lyngby and Aarhus, and we work across Denmark. You will be based in Lyngby. One week you might facilitate a client workshop on collaboration, design a team development program, or guide a management team through a strategy process. Whatever the assignment, you will need to be curious about how teams work, able to make sense of complex challenges, and keen to turn insight into action.
You will usually have several assignments on the go and, depending on your experience, take responsibility for client relationships, workshops, analysis, sales, and business development. You will need to keep track of the details, move between tasks, and keep projects moving. As a consulting firm, we all play a part in the business through strong work, close client relationships, and an eye for new opportunities. We also make time to meet at the office, exchange ideas, learn, and laugh together – because we enjoy each other’s company.
To succeed in this role…
Your job title and years of experience matter less than how you approach the work. We are especially looking for someone who:
- has drive and commitment and a desire to get things moving
- builds strong relationships and is curious about people
- has an analytical eye for patterns and dynamics
- is willing to facilitate, speak up, and put themselves forward
- creates momentum and structure, even with many tasks in progress
- takes initiative and is comfortable with responsibility, feedback, and a changing workday.
You do not need to know everything from day one. What matters is that you bring some of these strengths and have the desire and courage to develop the rest with us.
